Consultation will last between 1-2 hours depending on the size on the home.

Up to 2,500 sq. ft.: $150.00
2,500 - 4,000 sq. ft.: $250.00
Above 4,000sq. ft.: $350.00
STYLING & PHOTO PREP
What to Expect
On the day of pictures we will refine your home with the little details that make it shine in photo’s.
What happens during the Styling & Photo Prep Session?

Pillows, curtains, bedding and other textiles are positioned and styled for photo perfection.

Small furnishings rearranged.

Outdoor spaces styled
Sessions average between 1-3 hours depending on the home size and needs.
1/4 day: $300- (up to 2 hrs)
1/2 day: $500- (up to 4 hrs)
